Charitable donations policy:

In order to receive a charitable donation, a request must be submitted in writing to our corporate office between December 1st and December 20th, for the following year.  You must be a 501(c)(3) non profit organization and submit paperwork showing your EIN along with your request.   All requests will be considered on December 21st and recipients will be chosen and notified by December 31st.   We will not honor any requests outside of those days.
